"content": "<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">目前各大公棚2023年秋季赛事已接近尾声，在今年的实战中，相信广大鸽友们已经积累了不少经验，对来年的比赛有更多期待！为了让更多爱好者能投身到赛鸽运动中来，海霸王詹森研究中心秉承以鸽友利益为中心，发扬光大詹森鸽的宗旨，2024年秋季合作公棚认养的活动再次启动。</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 本次秋季合作公棚认养活动的合作方式一如往年，让鸽友以实惠的价格获得实战型的赛鸽，而参加公棚比赛的入赏鸽作为种鸽也会是不错之选。</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">一、认养方式：</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10羽幼鸽为一组，<strong>每组3000元</strong>（运费另计），鸽友可认养多组。本中心将鸽友认养的幼鸽交与鸽友指定的公棚，鸽友需负担参加公棚比赛的费用（饲养费、参赛费等），获得的奖金、拍卖金及归巢鸽归鸽友所有。</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">二、认养细则：</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1、报名时，鸽友需将本人真实姓名、联系方式和参赛的公棚名称告知本中心，本中心会在一个星期内联系鸽友，确定是否合作。</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2、鸽友将认养款（运费另计）汇入本中心指定账户。</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3、本中心将鸽子直接运输到公棚，并将赛鸽环号告知认养的鸽友，届时鸽友需到公棚缴纳自己认养赛鸽的饲养费、参赛费。赛鸽在清棚前丢失或死亡的，本中心不再补送鸽子。</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4、参赛时须以本中心和鸽友的共同名义，例如：<strong>“海霸王+鸽友名字</strong>”。</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5、比赛结束后，获得的奖金、拍卖金及归巢鸽归鸽友所有；入赏鸽及归巢鸽的血统书届时将发送给各位鸽主。</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">三、补充说明：</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1、鸽子由本中心直接发往公棚，运输费由鸽友承担</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2、本中心将鸽子发往公棚后，鸽友应按公棚规程缴纳饲养费和参赛费</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3、汇款账号：</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">公司名称： 汕头市海霸王詹森信息咨询有限公司</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">开户银行：工商银行汕头金湖支行</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">账号：2003 0204 0920 0017 028</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">帐户名：汕头市海霸王詹森信息咨询有限公司</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">开户银行：农业银行汕头分行</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">账号：4410 0101 0400 15005</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">传真：0754-88103431、88229838</p>",

"content": "2018天津宇航赛鸽公棚秋季三关大奖赛（征求意见稿草案） 2018赛事由天津市滨海新区信鸽协会全程监督监管 预交保证金2600元 501名-600 名内每个名次各奖18000元 此奖项以每户预交2600元保证金为准,100公里训放归巢上手探视时保证金正式转为鸽主名下的参赛费。鸽主交鸽3羽以上包括3羽如探视无鸽保证金全额退还,另补助鸽友1400元饲养费。共计4000元。自公布之日起接受预订（以实际交费为准） 预订交费截止日期为2018年3月31日，并网上公布。 一、参赛条件： 1、参赛鸽必须是25天至45天健康雏鸽，必须佩戴一枚国家或地区信鸽组织承认的2018年正式足环一枚，地区有疫情均不接收。 2、参赛鸽由公棚统一接种疫苗，鸽主自行接种疫苗请在交鸽时注明。 3、参赛鸽入棚即卡带电子环，并定期扫描并在网上公布。 4、鸽友交鸽时实行实名制，不允许第三方认购，不设伯马制。协议鸽免谈 二、交鸽时间及地点： 1、交鸽时间：2018年3月1日至2018年7月10日。 2、交鸽地点：宇航赛鸽公棚（天津市滨海新区杨家泊镇李自沽村。）长久发达水产养殖有限公司旁。 3、天津市区及周边县市区可直接到公棚交鸽或联系本公棚上门收鸽，外省市鸽友可将爱鸽空运至天津机场也可通过当地汽车站交鸽至。天津。唐山。汉沽.宁河但须提前通知本公棚接收。 4、北京，天津、唐山，地区：提前预约上门接鸽。 三、比赛时间及方法： 1、短距离热身赛： 180公里10月初。山海关孟姜 2、短距离争霸赛： 第一关 320公里10月上旬。辽宁锦州 3、中距离速度赛： 第二关 410-450公里10月中旬。辽宁黑山 4、中距离总决赛： 第三关 520公里10月下旬。辽宁新民 5、如比赛遇恶劣天气，比赛顺延。 四、参赛费用及办法： 1、每羽参赛费2600元/羽（免收饲养费）待100公里训放结束后，交费并上手探视，鸽友见鸽不满意全额退回参赛费用，赛鸽领回，后期归巢的公棚及时通知鸽主补交参赛费不交者不予参赛。如未来探视的鸽友在规定时限内未办理交款续，则视为鸽主自动放弃赛鸽所有权，本公棚将做剪环处理，并在公棚网站上公布。 注：200公里赛鸽未上笼退回参赛费用。 2、团体赛每组限6羽。520公里决赛前500名产生，（500名以内同一组归巢羽数最多者为胜，如羽数相同以第一羽先到为胜)。 多交者可分A、B、C、 D组，180公里归巢3日内分组。不是同一名下的信鸽不许并组。环号一经确定不得更改。未能分组的鸽友，由电脑自动分组排序，产生的后果，由鸽主自负。 3、<b>大</b><b>团体赛限520公里决赛（预交2600保证金者）在600名以内产生</b>，600名以内同一组归巢羽数最多者胜，如羽数相同以第一羽先到为胜)。 凡同一名下交10羽以上（含10羽）参赛鸽，即具备参加大团体赛资格。 多于10羽的倍数则另算一组，编组A、B、C…以此类推180公里归巢3日内鸽主自行确定大团体参赛鸽足环号码编组，并传真至本公棚确认（电话编组不予受理） <b> 2、决赛对赛鸽逐羽进行封环，比赛中封环如发生严重破损，取消成绩及奖金分配名次下移。 3、决赛报到时间截止决赛次日18时，如有效报到期未满600名，剩余奖平均分给决赛上笼鸽。获奖鸽及保证金奖.团体奖除外。 4、公棚为保障参赛鸽的竞翔状态，每关比赛归巢后仍进行日常家飞，如有飞失死亡按自然淘汰处理，公棚不承担任何责任。 5、预赛前不少于12次，5至120公里训放，并及时在网上公布。 6、集鸽至比赛期间如遇不可抗拒疫情或与国家有关规定相冲突而导致比赛不能进行，将按照国家规定执行，承办单位将退还鸽主所交参赛费。 <b> 天津宇航公棚 公平、公正、公开 透明</b> 为使比赛更加公平，公正，公开，透明、本公棚面向全国所有参赛鸽友参与公棚各项训放与比赛的全过程。320公里第一关由200公里第3，13，23，33，43名鸽友开始驻场监督。410-450公里第二关由350公里第2，12，22，32，42名鸽友代表入场监督。520公里第三关由410-450公里第1，11，21，31，41名鸽友里的驻场代表入场监督至520公里比赛结束。每人补助300元。不得违约。公棚负责一切食宿，欢迎各地信鸽爱好者前来参赛。对比赛进行，监督、监管、监放。
