"content": "<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">目前各大公棚2023年秋季赛事已接近尾声，在今年的实战中，相信广大鸽友们已经积累了不少经验，对来年的比赛有更多期待！为了让更多爱好者能投身到赛鸽运动中来，海霸王詹森研究中心秉承以鸽友利益为中心，发扬光大詹森鸽的宗旨，2024年秋季合作公棚认养的活动再次启动。</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 本次秋季合作公棚认养活动的合作方式一如往年，让鸽友以实惠的价格获得实战型的赛鸽，而参加公棚比赛的入赏鸽作为种鸽也会是不错之选。</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">一、认养方式：</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10羽幼鸽为一组，<strong>每组3000元</strong>（运费另计），鸽友可认养多组。本中心将鸽友认养的幼鸽交与鸽友指定的公棚，鸽友需负担参加公棚比赛的费用（饲养费、参赛费等），获得的奖金、拍卖金及归巢鸽归鸽友所有。</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">二、认养细则：</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1、报名时，鸽友需将本人真实姓名、联系方式和参赛的公棚名称告知本中心，本中心会在一个星期内联系鸽友，确定是否合作。</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2、鸽友将认养款（运费另计）汇入本中心指定账户。</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3、本中心将鸽子直接运输到公棚，并将赛鸽环号告知认养的鸽友，届时鸽友需到公棚缴纳自己认养赛鸽的饲养费、参赛费。赛鸽在清棚前丢失或死亡的，本中心不再补送鸽子。</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4、参赛时须以本中心和鸽友的共同名义，例如：<strong>“海霸王+鸽友名字</strong>”。</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5、比赛结束后，获得的奖金、拍卖金及归巢鸽归鸽友所有；入赏鸽及归巢鸽的血统书届时将发送给各位鸽主。</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">三、补充说明：</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1、鸽子由本中心直接发往公棚，运输费由鸽友承担</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2、本中心将鸽子发往公棚后，鸽友应按公棚规程缴纳饲养费和参赛费</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3、汇款账号：</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">公司名称： 汕头市海霸王詹森信息咨询有限公司</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">开户银行：工商银行汕头金湖支行</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">账号：2003 0204 0920 0017 028</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">帐户名：汕头市海霸王詹森信息咨询有限公司</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">开户银行：农业银行汕头分行</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">账号：4410 0101 0400 15005</p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">传真：0754-88103431、88229838</p>",

1、承认本规程的国内外信鸽爱好者均可参赛。参赛鸽必须是30至45天鸽龄的健康鸽，并且必须佩戴一枚国家或地区信鸽组织承认的2018年正式足环。 2、公棚本着公平 公开 公正 真飞 真训的原则，参赛者均须采用实名制，领取奖金须以实名人身份证办理。 3、赛鸽由本公棚统一接种疫苗，交鸽前已接种疫苗的参赛鸽，请在交鸽时注明。 4、友将参赛鸽交入本公棚后，本规程即为双方合同生效，双方必须遵守合同条款<strong>。</strong> <strong>竞翔办法</strong> 1、本届比赛严格依照《中国信鸽竞翔规则（2015）》（以下简称规则）和《辽宁省信鸽公棚竞赛暂行规定》执行。参赛鸽路训10-15次（3-100公里）。 2、各场次比赛的裁判员均由辽宁省信鸽协会委派，主导各场比赛的集鸽将逐羽唱号，司放、监放和成绩审定。本棚比赛使用先进电子扫描记时系统按分速排列名次，若发生故障或其它不可抗拒的原因导致比赛不能进行，本场比赛取消。一周后重新集鸽比赛，丢失鸽按自然淘汰处理。 3、决赛集鸽，由裁判员逐一读号核对集鸽，将采用一次性特制.防揭.密封足环，封环如有人为造成的破损或揭开均成绩无效，名次下移。 4、200/300/500公里集鸽监赛人员为前一站的9名、19名、29名、39名、49名鸽友必须监赛下一站赛事，参赛鸽主可自愿报名参加。（报销往返车费，并补助500元） <strong>参赛费用：</strong> 1、<strong>参赛费每羽3500元</strong>，<strong>饲养费300元</strong>，<strong>合计3800元</strong>。探视无鸽不收取饲养费,保证金全额退款。 2、100公里归巢收费上手探视，该站集鸽将逐羽唱号检录、装笼、运输直至开笼，（聘请资深赛鸽媒体全程网上直播录像）全程由辽宁省信鸽协会裁判团队主导与监督。赛鸽归巢后，允许参赛鸽友上手复验。如200公里未上笼退还参赛费。 3、小团体赛每组限7羽。多交者可分ABC组，100公里探视结束3日内分组，逾期以电脑自动随机分组为准（分组仅限同一名下，不可并组）。 1.2018年7月10日前，参赛鸽如发生丢失或病亡，承办单位将及时通知参赛鸽主补交，补交鸽仍具备团体赛的参赛资格，7月10日后，参赛鸽发生丢失或病亡按自然淘汰处理，本公棚不负责赔偿，因伤病不能参赛的赛鸽，本公棚通知参赛鸽友领回。为保证参赛鸽的竞技状态，100公里收费探视结束后，各站比赛前参赛鸽将正常家飞及路训，飞失鸽按自然淘汰处理，本公棚不负责赔偿。 2、决赛结束后，对决赛前500名赛鸽进行拍卖,拍卖收入60%归鸽主，40%归公棚。未拍出的获奖鸽公棚底价收购。（起拍价2000元） 3、未获奖归巢鸽公棚将举办加站赛，参赛费90%作为奖金，如不交费只得名次，不得奖金，奖金下移。全部参赛结束未获奖的信鸽免费领回。（具体章程届时公布。）
