此奖项以每户预交2600元保证金为准,100公里训放归巢上手探视时保证金正式转为鸽主名下的参赛费。鸽主交鸽3羽以上包括3羽如探视无鸽保证金全额退还,另补助鸽友1400元饲养费。共计4000元。自公布之日起接受预订（以实际交费为准） 预订交费截止日期为2018年3月31日，并网上公布。 一、参赛条件： 1、参赛鸽必须是25天至45天健康雏鸽，必须佩戴一枚国家或地区信鸽组织承认的2018年正式足环一枚，地区有疫情均不接收。 2、参赛鸽由公棚统一接种疫苗，鸽主自行接种疫苗请在交鸽时注明。 3、参赛鸽入棚即卡带电子环，并定期扫描并在网上公布。 4、鸽友交鸽时实行实名制，不允许第三方认购，不设伯马制。协议鸽免谈 二、交鸽时间及地点： 1、交鸽时间：2018年3月1日至2018年7月10日。 2、交鸽地点：宇航赛鸽公棚（天津市滨海新区杨家泊镇李自沽村。）长久发达水产养殖有限公司旁。 3、天津市区及周边县市区可直接到公棚交鸽或联系本公棚上门收鸽，外省市鸽友可将爱鸽空运至天津机场也可通过当地汽车站交鸽至。天津。唐山。汉沽.宁河但须提前通知本公棚接收。 4、北京，天津、唐山，地区：提前预约上门接鸽。 三、比赛时间及方法： 1、短距离热身赛： 180公里10月初。山海关孟姜 2、短距离争霸赛： 第一关 320公里10月上旬。辽宁锦州 3、中距离速度赛： 第二关 410-450公里10月中旬。辽宁黑山 4、中距离总决赛： 第三关 520公里10月下旬。辽宁新民 5、如比赛遇恶劣天气，比赛顺延。 四、参赛费用及办法： 1、每羽参赛费2600元/羽（免收饲养费）待100公里训放结束后，交费并上手探视，鸽友见鸽不满意全额退回参赛费用，赛鸽领回，后期归巢的公棚及时通知鸽主补交参赛费不交者不予参赛。如未来探视的鸽友在规定时限内未办理交款续，则视为鸽主自动放弃赛鸽所有权，本公棚将做剪环处理，并在公棚网站上公布。 注：200公里赛鸽未上笼退回参赛费用。 2、团体赛每组限6羽。520公里决赛前500名产生，（500名以内同一组归巢羽数最多者为胜，如羽数相同以第一羽先到为胜)。 多交者可分A、B、C、 D组，180公里归巢3日内分组。不是同一名下的信鸽不许并组。环号一经确定不得更改。未能分组的鸽友，由电脑自动分组排序，产生的后果，由鸽主自负。 3、<b>大</b><b>团体赛限520公里决赛（预交2600保证金者）在600名以内产生</b>，600名以内同一组归巢羽数最多者胜，如羽数相同以第一羽先到为胜)。 凡同一名下交10羽以上（含10羽）参赛鸽，即具备参加大团体赛资格。 多于10羽的倍数则另算一组，编组A、B、C…以此类推180公里归巢3日内鸽主自行确定大团体参赛鸽足环号码编组，并传真至本公棚确认（电话编组不予受理） <b> 2、决赛对赛鸽逐羽进行封环，比赛中封环如发生严重破损，取消成绩及奖金分配名次下移。 3、决赛报到时间截止决赛次日18时，如有效报到期未满600名，剩余奖平均分给决赛上笼鸽。获奖鸽及保证金奖.团体奖除外。 4、公棚为保障参赛鸽的竞翔状态，每关比赛归巢后仍进行日常家飞，如有飞失死亡按自然淘汰处理，公棚不承担任何责任。 5、预赛前不少于12次，5至120公里训放，并及时在网上公布。 "content": "文章来源：河北泰达赛鸽公棚 2018年河北泰达公棚第十届秋季竞赛规程 总奖金1064.6万元 共866个获奖机会 每组6羽第三关录取600名 主办单位：怀来县泰达赛鸽养殖厂 监赛单位：河北省信鸽协会 张家口市信鸽协会 一、参赛条件 1、承认本规程的国内外信鸽爱好者、职业鸽舍、赛鸽俱乐部、各大公棚均可参赛。 2、参赛鸽必须佩戴所在国家、地区信鸽协会统一发行的2018年信鸽统一足环。（参赛鸽佩戴非正式足环，经裁判组鉴定确认，取消该羽参赛鸽全部成绩，所有损失公棚不予承担） 3、参赛鸽必须是28天-40天的健康雏鸽，凡所在地区有疫情均不接收，本公棚统一注射疫苗，如鸽主自行防疫的，请在交鸽时说明。 二、参赛费用、交鸽时间 1、每羽参赛鸽参赛费2000元（含饲养费）。境外参赛鸽检疫、报关、运费自理。 2、训放108公里按比赛模式集鸽、司放，三日后在裁判及鸽友代表监督下对存棚赛鸽进行逐羽扫描复检，网上公布数据，依此作为收费依据。请参赛者在规定时间内缴清同一名下所有参赛费，（逾期不交者公棚视为鸽主放弃比赛权利，将取消其比赛资格，本公棚有权做任何处理，鸽主不再主张任何权利）。参赛鸽主必须采用实名制，真实姓名、地址、电话，以便鸽友互相查证是否属实。 3、交鸽时间：2018年3月1日至2018年6月30日。（节假日不休息） 4、交鸽地点：泰达公棚（张家口市怀来县新保安镇）注：沙城火车站，长途汽车站有车接送。 联系电话： 接鸽联系电话：0313-6817058 传真：0313-6817138 李大伟：13903131229 郭跃霞：15903137763 公棚银行卡： 中国农业银行 户名：王华 开户行：中国农业银行怀来支行 6228 4817 4150 2921 917 中国建设银行 户名：王华 开户行：中国建设银行怀来支行 6214 6601 7001 5853 北京鸽友打款至： 中国建设银行 户名：王华 开户行：中国建设银行延庆妫水街支行 6217 0000 1001 2590 264 可通过微信转帐： 泰达公棚办公微信帐号：T6817058 5、为公平、公正，凡本公棚工作人员一律不准参赛，本次比赛无论集鸽多少奖金照发，集鸽时将奖金存入市鸽会指定银行，由张家口市信鸽协会监管。 6、为体现我公棚的透明度，在各场比赛前邀请前站获得8名，68名、88名的鸽主和裁判及鸽友代表，进行全程监督集鸽、开笼并随车监放等工作。（如监赛鸽主本人不能参加监赛，需推荐代表监赛），监赛代表与裁判生活补贴相同。 7、自鸽主将幼鸽交到公棚后，本规程即为双方生效合同，双方均按本规程执行。 8、收鸽时，泰达公棚填写的集鸽单与本年度规程具有同等法律效力。 三、比赛时间 1、第一关空距310公里以上：2018年9月下旬 地点：内蒙古乌日图 2、第二关空距410公里以上：2018年10月上旬 地点：锡林浩特北 3、第三关空距510公里以上：2018年10月中下旬 地点：内蒙古阿尔善油田北 如遇天气变化或其它不可抗拒的事由发生，本公棚将对比赛时间进行调整，并通知鸽主。 四、录取名次与奖励办法（以人民币计算“元”） 第一关录取前100名(前10名各发奖杯一樽，总奖金21.2万元) 冠军 亚军 季军 4名-100名 1万 5000 3000 2000 第二关录取前100名(前10名各发奖杯一樽，总奖金22.9万元) 冠军 亚军 季军 4名-100名 2万 1万 5000 2000 第三关录取前600名(前10名各发奖杯一樽，总奖金942万元) 冠军 亚军 季军 4名-10名 11名-600名 20万 10万 6万 3万 15000 大 团 体 奖 (各发奖杯一樽，总奖金30万元) 录取6名 各5万元 小 团 体 奖 (前10名各发奖杯一樽，总奖金33.5万元) 冠军 亚军 季军 4名-50名 5万 3万 2万 5000元 三关鸽王 1名——10名 各奖50克金鸽子一个 （价值15000元） 鸽王奖：以第一关、第二关、第三关，三关分速相加，多者为胜。如分速相同，以第三关决赛先者为胜。 五、团体参赛办法： 1、凡交鸽6羽以上（含6羽），为一组即具备团体资格，超过6羽可另分为A、B、C、D…组，交够12羽以上（含12羽）具备大团体资格，多交可分ABC组，108公里训放结束后交参赛费时由鸽主自行编组。3日内未编组，公棚将以电脑自动编组为准。不同名下，不得合并编组。交费结束后再网上发布分组情况，网上发布后，一律不得更改。 2、录取办法：小团体、大团体赛在第三关获奖前600名范围内按每组获奖羽数多者为胜，如获奖羽数相同，以第一羽获奖鸽名次先后排列名次。（团体奖以2羽为底线） 五、精英赛、汽车大奖赛、指定鸽赛具体规程网上另行通知 具体奖金分配金额以集鸽收费羽数确定奖金分配办法。 六、获奖鸽归巢处理办法 1.第三关前600名、鸽王、第一关、第二关前三名及境外迟归鸽均全部参加拍卖。拍卖时间另行通知。 2.拍卖收入的60%归鸽主，40%归本公棚。 3.第三关前600名未拍出的获奖鸽按照国际惯例交纳底价的40%由鸽主凭参赛卡领回，逾期未领取的公棚自行处理。未获奖鸽，由鸽主凭参赛卡及有效证件免费领回。拍卖会后次日15天内办理领取手续，鸽主不来领取参赛鸽，将视为本鸽主自动放弃参赛鸽所有权，本公棚有权做任何处理，鸽主不再主张任何权利。 4.晚期归巢或拍卖领回后又飞回本公棚的赛鸽，我们将及时通知鸽主领回。 七、参赛鸽意外损失办法 1.2018年3月1日至6月30日期间本公棚有几次查棚。幼鸽飞丢、伤亡、公棚将及时通知鸽友补交。 2.为强化赛鸽体质，收鸽结束后公棚将对信鸽进行强行家飞，丢失、伤亡的信鸽按自然淘汰处理，公棚不负责赔偿。 3.自市鸽会查棚收费后，家飞、训放、比赛发生丢失、伤亡等情况按自然淘汰处理，公棚不负责赔偿。 八、其他说明； 1.本赛鸽棚的比赛、训放将遵照中国信鸽协会最新制定的国家体育总局裁判法2015信鸽竞赛规则和《信鸽竞赛规程与裁判法》执行。本公棚训放、比赛成绩严格按照鸽协制定的电子扫描自动计时钟为准。若电子计时系统出现故障或其他不可抗拒因素无法确定比赛成绩时，本次比赛取消，择日重新集鸽比赛。丢失的信鸽，按自然淘汰处理，公棚不负责赔偿。 2.第三关有效报到期为第三关次日18点整。 3.在有效报到期内如归巢鸽不足200羽，剩余奖金由第三关上笼鸽均分，超过200羽（含200羽）不足600羽，剩余奖金由第三关获奖鸽均分；若报到期无归巢鸽，全部奖金由第三关上笼参赛鸽均分。【均分的奖金包括未发出的全部奖金（含团体奖）】 4.如涉及参赛奖金和拍卖获奖的所得收益的相关税项，均由参赛鸽主自理。 5.参赛鸽的训放与比赛如遇禽流感和不可抗拒的因素，以政府法令为准，取消比赛，本公棚只收取300元饲养费，退还参赛鸽。 6.本规程解释权属怀来县泰达赛鸽养殖厂，未尽事宜，另行通知。",
